Wan Yue Technology Holdings Limited (the "Company") is a company listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 1997. The core business of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "Group" or "Wan Yue Technology") is the manufacturing and sales of high-tech electronic components, including aluminum electrolytic capacitors ("E-Caps"), conductive polymer aluminum solid capacitors ("Polymer Capacitors") and other innovative electronic components. The Group offers a full range of E-Caps products to meet the needs of global customers, mainly from the worlds leading IT, telecommunications, electrical and electronic brands. In 2006, the Group launched an innovative electronic component called polymer caps and has grown to become a major global supplier. The Group continued its pioneering spirit and launched a new type of capacitor - Electric Double Layer Capacitor ("EDLC") in 2009 as an energy storage device in electrical or electronic products. Over the years, the Group has fostered creativity and ingenuity among its well-trained and highly qualified research and development ("R&D") professionals, enabling the Group to develop new breakthrough products. As a major manufacturer of electronic bottle caps and polymer bottle caps, the Group owns the well-known SAMXON® and X-CON® brands, both of which are highly respected for their advanced technology and excellent quality, and have strong R&D capabilities and a mature global network. All of the Groups products comply with the EU Directive on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment ("RoHS") and environmental protection requirements that are relevant and specific to different markets around the world. Wan Yu Technology is headquartered in Hong Kong and has state-of-the-art E-Caps manufacturing plants in Dongguan, Wuxi and Jiangxi, with a total production capacity of over 1 billion pieces per month. The Group has two aluminum foil plants in Qingyuan and Yaan to produce aluminum foil for its own use. The Group has distribution offices in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan, supplemented by global distribution channels. Wan Yu Technology is fully committed to the environmental sustainability of its products and operations. All products are halogen-free and RoHS compliant. In addition, all of the Groups production facilities comply with relevant local environmental regulations and obtain relevant certifications where appropriate. The Group is not content to simply comply with regulations passively, but actively seeks opportunities to directly contribute to protecting the environment. The Group has introduced and continues to develop solutions to improve energy efficiency, such as capacitors in LED lights and high-efficiency lighting and new storage devices for environmentally friendly products.
