GSI Technology provides static random access memory products (SRAM) and low latency DRAM products (LLDRAM). GSIs SRAM is manufactured using world-class low-power 0.25 micron to 65 nanometer CMOS process technology. Our low latency DRAM product line is manufactured using 72 nanometer DRAM process technology. Many GSI products are especially recommended for various host devices such as NPU and FPGA.
