Varflex is a manufacturer of premium coated and uncoated electrical insulation tubing made from woven fiberglass and other filaments. As a leader in the industry since 1924, Varflex has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects related to manufacturing outstanding products. We do our own braiding in-house, which allows us to maintain a high level of quality control, reduce lead times, and assure our customers of a more reliable "one-stop" source of supply! Varflex specializes in converting yarn (fiberglass, Kevlar, polyester, spectral, nomex, nylon, etc.) into electrical protection, from the first step of twisting and winding the yarn to the final product being a coated or uncoated braided sleeving. Varflex provides twisted and spun yarn, bobbins for braiding machines and fully customizable electrical insulating sleeving. Our sleeving is available in a variety of sizes, colors, types and grades, in coils, rods and cut pieces. All sleeving is RoHS, REACH and conflict minerals compliant and meets many military, UL and CSA requirements. Varflex is registered as an ISO 9001:2015 company with NSF-ISR.
