Silicon Radar GmbH
Silicon Radar GmbH, headquartered in Frankfurt (Oder), has been developing standardized chip products and customer-specific solutions for a wide range of radar market segments since 2006. In 2014, the first in-house product, a 24 GHz radar front end, went into production. Since then, Silicon Radar has developed from a service provider to a product provider in the MMIC (monolithic microwave integrated circuit) market. Silicon Radar GmbH has been acquired by indie Semiconductor.
