Nidec Control Technologies (CT) was founded in 1973 and is headquartered in Newtown, Wales, UK. Nidec CT has been focusing on designing and manufacturing high-quality variable frequency drives for nearly 50 years. In 1986, the company launched the fully digital DC drive Mentor I; in 1996, we produced the programmable intelligent drive Unidrive Classic, which can drive open-loop motors, closed-loop motors and servo motors. We have been adhering to inheritance and innovation for nearly 50 years, with the vision of providing pioneering drives that meet market needs, and this vision has always guided the development of the company.
