Shanghai Yuxin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 and is located in the Lingang New Area of Shanghai. It has created two major brands, "Yuxin Electronic" and "SHININGIC". In 2018, a subsidiary in Guangzhou was established to fully expand the South China market. In 2020, a subsidiary in Wuxi was established to increase R&D investment. In 2020, the Guangzhou subsidiary was recognized as a gazelle cultivation enterprise in the Guangzhou Development Zone.
