To achieve this, we keep the majority of our processes in-house, thereby maintaining complete control over all aspects of production. Our CNC turning and hobbing machines offer a high level of precision, which combined with our CAD facilities and computerized testing equipment, enables us to provide unrivalled quality and service. Originally established in 1964, Mellor Electrics has continued to grow and develop to meet the needs of our customers. Extensive investment in human resources and modern machinery has enabled us to offer flexibility in all areas of the business. We operate from a custom built 2600m factory which provides us with the space required to provide stock and kanban facilities to our customers. As a BS EN ISO9001:2008 certified and UL approved manufacturer, we pride ourselves on meeting our customers requirements and exceeding their expectations.
