Foshan Nationstar Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nationstar") was established in 1969 with a registered capital of RMB 620 million. It is a holding listed company of Guangdong Sheng Group, a state-owned key enterprise under Guangdong Province (stock code: 002449). It specializes in the research and development, production and sales of LED and LED application products. It is the first company in China to be listed with LED as its main business, and one of the earliest companies to produce LED. After 53 years of reform and development, Nationstar Optoelectronics has now become the main force of the electronic information sector of Sheng Group and the leading enterprise in my countrys LED packaging industry. It occupies an important position in the global LED packaging industry.
