Clarion Safety Systems was founded by Geoffrey Peckham in Alpena, Michigan in 1990. Until 2007, we were named Hazard Communication Systems, Inc. and our niche was designing and manufacturing safety labels for product manufacturers to meet the then-unpublished ANSI Z535.4 Product Safety Signs and Labels Standard.
