Nanjing Zhongke Microelectronics Co., Ltd. is a fabless integrated circuit design company, jointly established by the Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Nanjing Internet of Things Center and a team of returnees from the United States at the end of 2012.
