The company was established in 2013 and was formerly known as Suzhou Yuanjie Semiconductor Co., Ltd. In 2018, it invested 80 million yuan with the Tancheng County Government in Shandong Tancheng High-tech Industrial Park to establish Shandong Yuanjie Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., forming a semiconductor component production and sales company integrating chip manufacturing, frame processing, electroplating, packaging and testing.
