Xysemi was founded in 2009. The company is committed to providing customers with power information management solutions with simple design, excellent performance and high integration by relying on its patented power device structure and unique and exclusive semiconductor process. The founder of Xysemi has been engaged in the research of power device structure and process for a long time. In 2002, he founded Enpirion in the United States based on his device and process inventions at Bell Labs. In 2004, Enpirion launched the worlds first DCDC chip with integrated inductor. The product won the EDN 2004 Global Power IC Best Product Award and many other international awards. Enpirion was acquired by Altera in 2013.
