Runxin Microelectronics (Dalian) Co., Ltd. is a semiconductor high-tech enterprise under China Resources Microelectronics that focuses on the development of third-generation semiconductor materials and electronic components technology and product applications. Its predecessor, Dalian Xinguan Technology Co., Ltd., was founded in Dalian High-tech Zone on March 17, 2016 by a team of overseas returnees. The company adopts an integrated design and manufacturing (IDM) business model and is mainly engaged in the research and development, design, production and sales of silicon-based gallium nitride epitaxial materials and electronic components. Its products are mainly used in the three electrics: power supply, motor, and battery, covering power management, solar inverters, new energy vehicles, high-end motor drives and other technology industries.
