Watts (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. (Watts for short) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Watts Water Industries Group and is responsible for investment management of Watts-related enterprises in China. The affiliated companies directly invested and established by Watts Group in China are Watts Water Equipment Manufacturing (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., Watts (Ningbo) International Logistics Co., Ltd., Watts (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd., and Watts Water (Shanghai) Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. The business scope covers: valve products, HVAC products, heating products, kitchen and bathroom products, boiler products, household water purification products, drainage system products; it also provides solutions for commercial buildings and civil heating. Based on the concept that "textile factory boilers should not explode", Joseph Watts founded Watts Water Industries Group in 1874. Starting with the invention of a pressure reducing valve used in a small machine shop in New England, Watts has been contributing to high-quality global water solutions.
