United Monolithic Semiconductor (UMS) is a European leader in RF MMIC products and foundry services for specialist markets such as defence and space, telecommunications, automotive radar and industrial sensors. UMS offers a comprehensive offer based on ASIC or catalog product supply, mainly based on the companys in-house III-V technology, and enables customers to directly create their own product solutions by providing comprehensive foundry services. The full range of products from DC to 100GHz is based on gallium arsenide, gallium nitride, and silicon germanium technology, including power amplifiers up to 200W, mixed signal functions, very low noise amplifiers, and complete transceiver systems. These products are available in bare die form, but more commonly in packaged and multi-chip module form.
