Metal Work Pneumatic
Metal Work is an Italian company specialized in the production of pneumatic components for automation systems. Metal Work was founded in 1967 as a small workshop manufacturing push-fit fittings for compressed air systems. Since then, the company has gradually expanded its structure and production range to become the market leader in pneumatic components for automation systems. We currently market five different product lines: Actuators, Valves, FRL Units, Accessories and Process Components, all of which appear in our 1700-page catalogue. The main production site is located in Concesio, near Brescia, and has a total of more than 500 employees, with a further 800 employees in Italy and in the global sales network. Metal Work obtained the ISO 9001 quality certification in 1992, followed by the ISO 14001 environmental certification in 2000. To guarantee the occupational health and safety management system, Metal Work applied to them the British standard OHSAS 18001 in 2007, then moved to ISO 45001 in 2019. All these certifications are issued by DEKRA, the German certification body accredited by DEKS. Product distribution and technical assistance are taken care of by 50 subsidiaries in Italy and abroad: these subsidiaries are in daily contact with the market, providing a comprehensive pre/after-sales service. Product quality and an efficient sales organization are the cornerstones of the reputation of the Metal Work company. These qualities allow the company to meet all possible requirements in pneumatic automation.
