IDS provides a high level of technical skills to the electronics design and manufacturing industry. IDS has a fully equipped facility and R&D centre in Thatcham near Newbury, Berkshire. This includes office warehouse, manufacturing facilities, workshops and lighting and electronics laboratories; we operate bespoke computer systems and have a BS-EN-ISO-9001:2015 accredited quality system. IDS is a division of Intelligent Group Solutions Ltd (IGS), a well-respected, industry-leading optoelectronic solutions provider. The majority of IGSs business comes from providing semi-custom or custom products in the form of components and sub-assemblies. This comes from providing design support and prototyping in the European market and being able to deliver production displays to anywhere in the world where the customer is manufacturing or assembling.
