Shenzhen Hongyuan Precision Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2005. It is currently the leading supplier of mid- and high-end touch switches and springs in China. In 2017, it was awarded the title of National High-tech Enterprise (No. GR2017442). It took only three years for Hongyuan to fill the production gap of springs in China. By the end of 2008, Hongyuan had successfully replaced Japanese and Korean companies and became a supplier of mid- and high-end springs for touch switches, occupying more than 90% of the market share in one fell swoop. Under the leadership of Hongyuan Precision, hundreds of touch switch companies have embarked on the road of full-chain localization from the backward situation of simply assembling imported accessories, and have reduced costs for Chinese companies by more than 1 billion yuan. Subsequently, the company continued to transform and upgrade, achieved self-sufficiency in the processing of parts for the entire product line and full process automation, and formulated a series of rigorous process flows. At present, Hongyuan Precision has the capacity to produce 80 million touch switches, 30 million silent silicone switches, and 300 million springs per month. Taking 24 tact switches as an example, the daily production capacity is 1500K, and the production capacity and product line of tact switches are still expanding.
