Huayi Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was established on June 28, 2017 with a registered capital of RMB 415 million. It is a high-tech enterprise under Huatian Electronics Group that specializes in the R&D, design, packaging and testing, and sales of semiconductor power devices. The company is located at No. 8928, Shangji Road, Xian Economic Development Zone, covering an area of 200.8 acres and employs more than 2,600 people. Through independent innovation, technology accumulation and market expansion, the company has now formed a business system with leading wafer R&D design and first-class packaging and testing technology as its core competitiveness. The self-developed products are mainly 20V-150V medium and low voltage MOSFETs, which are divided into two series: Trench MOSFET with outstanding impact resistance and SGT MOSFET (low shielded gate trench type) with high frequency and high dynamic characteristics. More than 400 products have been mass-produced, which are widely used in electric vehicles, automotive electronics, 5G base stations, power tools, energy storage, consumer electronics and other fields, especially in the fields of motor drive and battery energy storage. It has a high market share; the packaging and testing products mainly include 11 series such as TO-220, TO-220F, TO-262, TO-263, PPAK, DPAK, IPAK, TO-3P, TO-247, TO-264, IPM, etc., with a total of about 60 kinds of package shapes, and the products cover discrete devices and modules such as diodes, triodes, MOSFETs, super junction MOSFETs, IGBTs, etc. in various power segments.
