Beijing Hongsi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 by Mr. Zhang Jianren, a well-known professor at Tsinghua University. Hongsi Electronics is the earliest integrated circuit design company in China that specializes in the development of domestic information security application chips and plays an important role in the field of domestic commercial cryptography. Hongsi Electronics is one of the first integrated circuit design companies to obtain national certification, a governing unit of the Beijing Commercial Cryptography Association, and a governing unit of the Beijing Semiconductor Industry Association. Hongsi Electronics chip products are not only widely used in traditional fields such as finance, mobile payment, taxation and public security, transportation, electricity, e-government, but also in emerging fields such as the Internet of Things, intelligent transportation, smart home appliances, public safety, copyright protection, and industrial control.
