Zhuhai Huaguan Capacitor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a high-tech enterprise jointly invested by Huajin Capital Co., Ltd. (a listed company on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock code 000532) and Zhuhai Tsinghua Science Park Venture Capital Co., Ltd. The company was founded in November 2002 and is mainly engaged in the development, production and sales of a full range of aluminum electrolytic capacitors. The company has a total investment of RMB 150 million and can produce 180 million aluminum electrolytic capacitors of different specifications per month. Since its establishment, the company has relied on the strong financial support of listed companies, the strong technical research and development support of Tsinghua University and the advanced equipment development capabilities; it has always aimed at the international leading technology and established a chip aluminum electrolytic capacitor technology research and development center. Through independent research and development and the strong cooperation of suppliers, the liquid electrolyte series has developed high-end aluminum electrolytic capacitors with high frequency, low impedance, low leakage, and long life that are urgently needed in the market. In June 2007, the company formally established the solid capacitor division, successfully developed conductive polymer solid aluminum electrolytic capacitors, and began to supply in batches; in 2011, the horn production workshop was established; at the same time, the company also developed various new products with unconventional sizes and performance requirements according to the requirements of cooperative customers to meet the needs of different types of customers. The various technologies of the products may exceed international indicators and reach the level of similar products. In 2004, the company was awarded the title of Guangdong High-tech Enterprise; in 2009, the company was awarded the title of National High-tech Enterprise.
