Gelmec
Gelmec was founded in 2002 to distribute and manufacture a wide range of anti-vibration materials and components. Initially focused on high-end, low-load, applications such as protection of hard disk drives used in harsh environments, such as vibration and shock protection for mobile and handheld PCs. Particularly suitable for applications such as automotive, aerospace, rail, truck and bus. Several components developed from soft gel materials developed for the space shuttle can also provide UL-94 V-0 flame retardant properties. Since then, other anti-vibration materials and components have been added and now include rubber stud mounts, polyurethane anti-vibration bushings, fan brackets and sleeves, polyurethane plates, HDD shock mounts, high performance silicone gel bushings and stud mounts, industrial mounts, and all-metal extreme mounts. We have anti-vibration components covering load ranges from 200g to 600Kg and temperature ranges from -180~200C.
