Hunan Jingxin Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was founded by a young and experienced discrete device R&D team led by returned overseas students in the integrated circuit industry base of Changsha Economic Development Zone. It is an integrated circuit design company specializing in providing full-chip on-chip integrated high-performance ESD/TVS design services and ESD/TVS/MOS and other discrete device products. The company has independent intellectual property rights and is the company that has successfully developed anti-static protection devices such as chip-level TVS devices. The company has accumulated a series of intellectual property achievements and applied for a total of 35 national intellectual property rights, including 2 invention patents, 8 utility model patents, and 13 integrated circuit layout registrations; 10 invention patents have entered substantive examination. The cumulative test structure has reached more than 2,000, and breakthroughs have been made in many key technologies, especially the successful development of key technologies and devices with anti-static strength higher than 30KV under the human body model (HBM) in China (won the Hunan Science and Technology Progress Award in 2014). We have completed on-chip ESD protection designs for major national "12th Five-Year Plan" projects, the National Natural Science Foundation, the National 863 Program and other national, provincial and municipal projects; we have provided full-chip on-chip integrated high-performance ESD/TVS design services for Shanghai Yupin International Co., Ltd., Beijing Fuxing Xiaocheng Co., Ltd., Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Jinshengyang Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Aixisheng Technology Co., Ltd., and Xinlite Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.
