DEN-ON INSTRUMENTS
The company was originally founded on September 19, 1963 under the name DEN-ON Corporation. It was established with the purpose of researching, developing and designing sound systems for studios and concert halls. It later branched out into the wider field of sound and music control panels and other similar systems. In 1982, a large part of the company became involved in the soldering and desoldering industry, and the company name was subsequently changed to DEN-INSTRUMENTS to better match the companys new direction. It was at this point that DIC Trading Corporation was established as a separate company to handle all sales, marketing and promotional activities for the company.
