Sichuan Huaci Technology Co., Ltd. is a fourth-level subsidiary of Sichuan Investment Group Co., Ltd. and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chengdu Hongming Electronics Co., Ltd. (formerly the 715 Factory). Sichuan Investment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sichuan Investment Group") is a state-owned asset management entity authorized by the Sichuan Provincial Peoples Government, one of the financing entities and investment entities of key construction projects, and a state-owned wholly-owned company managed by the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Chengdu Hongming Electronics Co., Ltd. is one of the 156 key projects in the countrys "First Five-Year Plan" period. It is a unit with nearly 60 years of history in the scientific research and production of electronic components. Since 1987, it has been awarded the title of "Chinas Top 100 Electronic Components Enterprises".
