BERNSTEIN AG
Bernstein AG can look back on an eventful history that is directly linked to Germanys recent history. The company developed into a nationally renowned manufacturer and distributor of electromechanical components for signal acquisition and signal preprocessing. Throughout the companys history, Bernstein has been present at all major technological leaps in industrial safety technology. Hans Bernsteins eldest son, Hans-Joachim Bernstein, played a key role in shaping the companys success story, first as Managing Director of the various BERNSTEIN GmbHs and, after the merger of these companies into BERNSTEIN AG, as Chairman of the Management Board. Under his leadership, the "special factory for switching contacts" developed into the internationally active technology group that it is today. The family business is now managed in the third generation by Nicole and Achim Bernstein as members of the Board of Directors of BERNSTEIN AG. As an experienced advisor, they are supported by Gisela Bernstein, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board.
