The company has formulated the "Principles of Best Practices in Corporate Social Responsibility", which mainly include implementing corporate governance, developing a sustainable environment, safeguarding public interests, strengthening the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information, and reviewing the effectiveness of the implementation of related corporate social responsibility work. In order to internalize CSR into the mindset of employees, the Investor Relations Department and the Human Resources Management Department organized a working group to promote the concept, with the goal of fulfilling CSR in the course of daily operations. The implementation results are regularly reported to senior management and the board of directors.
