Pressmaster
Pressmaster AB has deep roots in the heart of Sweden, a country with a long tradition of making the worlds finest hand tools. The people of the lvdalen region have a long history of adapting to their environment by creating ingenious solutions. Porphyry is an extremely hard rock from which the lvdalen people made everything from jewellery to sarcophagi, and its processing is an example of the peoples ingenuity. One visionary was Albin Hagstrm, who made Swedish industrial history. From lvdalen in Dalarna he built a music empire that included accordion manufacturing, guitars, amplifiers, shops, schools and more. From 1925 to 1983, more than 700,000 accordions and around 130,000 guitars were made in lvdalen, Musicians like Elvis Presley and Frank Zappa played guitars from lvdalen, and electric guitars made the Hagstrm name famous all over the world. At times 90% of the production was exported. An attractive, well-built, reasonably priced instrument is the recipe for success. Enhanced by many technical innovations.
