Octavo Systems
Octavo Systems name comes from the Latin word for "eighth". Today, the word octavo is still used to describe a book of sixteen pages made from a single sheet of paper. Therefore, each page is 1/8 the size of the original sheet. This process allows books to be smaller, more economical and more accessible. This is the founding principle that Octavo Systems has in mind.
